COVID-19 PREVENTION
Dear guest, we are ready to welcome you and ensure your stay is as comfortable and safe as possible. Our priority is to ensure the health of our guests and our team, for this reason we have adopted a series of safety measures and remodeled some services, to ensure a peaceful stay.
- Certified sanitation of common areas: rooms, breakfast room, points of contact (door handles, reception counters).
- All staff wear masks and take daily temperature measurements.
- All staff receive thorough training to ensure that they are familiar with and adhere to hygiene and safety hygiene and safety protocols.
- Our guests will find stations with hand sanitizers available at all times.
- We pay particular attention to the ventilation of the rooms.
- The arrangement of tables in the breakfast room guarantees the required distance of 2 mt. (or 1 mt. back to back).
- At check-in, guests will receive useful suggestions and advice for their stay.
- We ask our guests to wear a mask in common areas and to maintain a distance of at least 1mt.
- The indoor and outdoor spaces allow us to provide spacing in a serene and unforced manner.
